The Meaning of the Name

Rose Hill Classics....why? I could have picked it just because it sounded nice, but there is more to it than that.
My great-grandmother, Ethel Elizabeth Rawle Masefield Lodge ("Betty") was a dominating personality. I've always loved listening to stories about her. It's safe to say that she had her opinions and wasn't shy about expressing them! Betty met my great-grandfather, Richard Leslie Lodge, on a ship sailing from Australia a few years after World War I. They had both been on vacation and were heading home, she to England and he to Tennessee. By the time the ship docked in New York, they were in love. A few months later, they married at her family's home in Staffordshire: Rose Hill. The picture above is their wedding.
When I was trying to think of a name for the business, I kept coming back to Rose Hill, the home of my indomitable great-grandmother.
