In keeping with our focus on sustainability and responsible production, our items are simply packaged in 100% recycled poly bags and shipped in 100% recycled (and reusable) poly mailers. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time but are hoping to do so in the future.
Our packages ship via Federal Express from Nashville, TN. They will get to most parts of the country in 2-3 days. If you need your dress more quickly, please select the overnight shipping option.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Rose Hill Classics. Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We offer a refund to original payment method or store credit. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Return shipping costs are not included in the refund amount and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
